Strong Structural Integrity:The overall design adopts a modular layout, using brackets, insulating partitions, cable ties, heat shrink tubing, or metal casings for fixation and protection. Heat dissipation gaps are provided between the cells to balance structural stability and heat dissipation requirements. Furthermore, different assembly processes are used for pouch, cylindrical, and prismatic cells depending on the application scenario, and the connection process directly determines the battery pack's conductivity and shock resistance.
Heat Dissipation Design:This is a critical aspect of battery packs. High-density cell arrangement and high-current operation will continuously generate heat. Small-capacity battery packs can rely on natural heat dissipation, while high-power, high-capacity battery packs need to be equipped with active heat dissipation structures such as heat sinks, air cooling, and liquid cooling to avoid heat accumulation and potential safety hazards.
