Baby monitors have become essential devices for modern families, maternity centers and infant care facilities. Equipped with audio-video transmission, night vision monitoring, cry alert and two-way intercom functions, they enable 24/7 infant supervision. As the core power component, lithium batteries directly determine the device’s runtime, operating stability and in-use safety. With 24 years of experience in lithium polymer battery R&D and manufacturing, Shenzhen BPI delivers dedicated battery solutions for baby monitors. Leveraging mature cell technology and strong customization capabilities, we provide safe, long-lasting power for infant monitoring equipment.
Baby monitors are placed in various indoor environments, including thermostatic bedrooms, air-conditioned cool rooms and stuffy enclosed nurseries in summer. Ordinary batteries tend to suffer power loss and unexpected shutdowns amid temperature fluctuations. BPI li-polymer batteries operate reliably from -20℃ to 60℃. They maintain steady discharge without power depletion or shutdown in low temperatures, and feature stable internal resistance with low heat generation under high temperatures. This effectively prevents cell swelling and electrolyte leakage, delivering consistent power output to ensure non-stop monitoring all day long.
Adopting a 1S1P cell configuration with a rated voltage of 3.7V, the batteries feature a flat discharge curve and minimal voltage drop, delivering continuous stable power to avoid screen freezing and audio disconnection.
Common customized models include 603450, 803048, 103030, 103035 and 902030. The mainstream model 603450 measures 6×34×50mm with a capacity of 1250mAh. Thanks to high energy density design, sufficient power is stored within the compact body. The device achieves 10 to 15 days of standby time and 8 to 10 hours of continuous real-time monitoring. Combined with the device’s VOX power-saving mode, overall power consumption is further optimized.
Manufactured with low internal resistance technology, the cells boast high energy conversion efficiency and low self-consumption. Per IEC standard tests, the cycle life reaches no less than 500 cycles, with gentle capacity attenuation after repeated charging and discharging.
The solution effectively extends the overall service life of baby monitors and reduces battery replacement frequency for end users. It also eases after-sales maintenance pressure for manufacturers and improves product reputation in the market.
Pouch li-polymer cells feature excellent flexibility. Besides the standard sizes mentioned above, BPI can customize battery dimensions, capacity, wire outlet direction, cable length and connector specifications according to the internal structure of different monitors. The batteries can be directly connected to the mainboard for plug-and-play use.
Our products are perfectly compatible with desktop fixed monitors, handheld portable monitors and travel-style infant monitors, supporting lightweight product design. For large-screen and high-power models, we can customize 7.4V dual-cell battery packs as required, helping clients shorten new product development cycles.
Baby-related products impose extremely strict safety requirements. BPI batteries are equipped with an intelligent Battery Management System (BMS) that provides five-fold protection against overcharge, overdischarge, overcurrent, short circuit and overheating, with automatic power cut-off under abnormal conditions.
Adopting aluminum laminated pouch packaging and heavy-metal-free eco-friendly raw materials, the cells feature mild failure modes with no explosion risks. Double-layer insulation design makes them ideal for high-safety scenarios such as crib areas and nursing rooms. Our products have obtained UL, CE, RoHS, ISO and other international certifications, meeting market access standards at home and abroad.
