Two topics in particular resonated widely among the participants:

Topic 1 | How can project-based manufacturing plants "go global"?

Regarding the positioning and development path of project-based manufacturing plants in the international market, the guests reached a consensus that:
Overseas major brand owners are not merely seeking low-cost manufacturers, but partners who can truly "understand overseas demands, grasp design logic and deliver manufacturing capabilities".
This means that for project-based manufacturing plants to effectively go global, they need not only stable production lines and quality systems, but also a high degree of alignment with overseas customers in product definition, technical communication, delivery rhythm and long-term collaboration capabilities.

Topic 2 | Can energy storage systems be built with battery cells only? Is it possible to eliminate one of the three core components (battery cells, BMS, inverter) for energy storage product development?

Centering on the discussion of "whether energy storage systems can downplay system-layer technologies such as BMS and be constructed with battery cells as the core", the guests proposed a noteworthy development direction:

For specific application scenarios, simplified solutions with battery cells as the core and more streamlined system architecture are emerging as a potential trend.

This trend places higher demands on battery cells in terms of consistency, safety and long-term stability, and also poses new challenges to the technological capabilities and quality control systems of battery cell manufacturers.

Collaboration | The Key to Industrial Development
