Robot batteries are the "energy heart" for enabling autonomous operation and intelligent work. Their core requirements include high energy density (above 250-350Wh/kg), high discharge rate (supporting 20C-50C instantaneous discharge to meet the needs of jumping and other actions), fast charging capability (5C-7C fast charging can replenish 80% of the battery in 20 minutes), high safety (passing needle penetration and crush tests), and long cycle life (more than 1000 cycles).

Functional Features

Current mainstream robot battery types include high-energy-density ternary lithium batteries, high-safety lithium iron phosphate batteries, lithium titanate batteries that support ultra-fast charging, and lightweight and flexible lithium polymer batteries. In terms of form factor, they combine mature cylindrical cells and space-efficient stacked pouch cells.
