• February 1 – BPI's nickel–zinc eco-friendly battery production line entered mass production, making it the only domestic manufacturer capable of large-scale output.

• March 25 – BPI received the “Advanced Cell Enterprise of 2022” award from the Guangdong Battery Industry Association.

• November 15 – As part of BPI’s digital strategy, the QMS (Quality Management System) project was officially launched.

• September 23 – BPI was once again recognized as a “National-Level Specialized and Innovative ‘Little Giant’ Enterprise” (third batch).

• September 20 – BPI held the MES project kick-off meeting to comprehensively advance its digital transformation and build a smart factory. Chairman Long, senior executives, and project leaders attended the meeting, marking a solid step in BPI’s journey toward modernized production management and enterprise digitalization.

• September 3 – BPI’s headquarters relocation ceremony was held; the new headquarters is now located on the 27th floor, Block A, Longhua Digital Innovation Center.
